Client Agreement
1. Service Scope: Apex provides technical routing and attribution infrastructure. Marketing content and subscriber acquisition remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
2. Performance: While we guarantee 99.9% uptime for our routing API, Apex is not liable for performance degradation caused by third-party Email Service Providers (ESPs).
3. Confidentiality: All routing logic and attribution metrics are considered "Confidential Information" and will be protected under mutual non-disclosure terms.
